1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only available for items that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing.
- Please ensure that you contact us within 10 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a
refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with
printing errors that are the fault of Labelsendiri. - Sale items and giN cards are also non-refundable.
3. Refund Process

with your order details and a description of the issue, including photos if applicable. - We may ask you to return the item. Once we receive and inspect it, we will notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Return Shipping
If the refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the
customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days to your original payment method.
